Perencanaan Strategi Dari Aspek Marketing Mix UMKM Kuliner Kecamatan Wanea Dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19

چکیده

This study aims to identify strategic planning for Culinary MSMEs in Wanea District during the Covid-19 pandemic and analyze pandemic.This research was made on February till march 2022. The analytical method used this is qualitative analysis with in-depth interviews quantitative using SWOT analysis. results showed that carried out from marketing mix aspect (product, place, price, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, based position of Quadrant I (meeting between Strengths). Opportunities) which shows are a favorable because they have strengths opportunities, namely by online media as best promotion collaborating delivery service applications so products more easily obtained public.
